daSAr: Dependency analysis of survival associated regions

The daSAr package extracts survival associated biomakers from multi-source functional genomics data as described in the paper Biomaker discovery via dependency analysis of multi-view functional genomics data. The method has been developed by the Statistical Machine Learning and Bioinformatics group at the Department of Information and Computer Science, Aalto University. Installing and running

The software package runs under R, a free language and environment for statistical computing. The package is tested with the R version 2.12.0 in the Linux environment.
