Our group has produced several toolboxes for Matlab R14 and newer versions. Earlier versions of Matlab may also work, but they are not tested.

Lazy Learning Toolbox for Time Series Prediction

This toolbox is still in development, for example comprehensive help is missing, but the Toolbox is usable and you are welcome to test it.

Optimally-Pruned Extreme Learning Machine (OP-ELM) Toolbox

The Optimaly-Pruned Extreme Learning Machine (OP-ELM) is an improvement of the original Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) [2] proposed in [1] by Y. Miche et al.

A MatLab toolbox is available here in zip format.
